I understand that my employment can be terminated if I violate the conditions of this work permit (Students must be enrolled full time for fall and spring semesters). It is my responsibility to inform my employer if there is a change in my immigration status that would affect my employment eligibility at OSU. For example, if my program has ended, or if I have received an EAD card for optional Practical training, I may not work in a student position during the period on the EAD card.
