The Student Arts Alliance Executive Board applications are due Monday, November 7 at 5 p.m. The Student Arts Alliance Executive Board selects and executes all events/programs sponsored by the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for students who are passionate about the Arts and want to have a significant voice in what that could look like at Oklahoma State University The Student Arts Alliance Executive Board is looking for OSU students to fill the following Executive Board positions with the following responsibilities: President • Ensure that all members of the Executive Board function properly and they implement successful Student Arts Alliance functions • Prepare and execute all Student Arts Alliance membership activities • Coordinate leadership development activities for Executive Board and volunteers Vice President of Finance • Maintain an accurate budget for Student Arts Alliance expenses and incomes • Oversee all Student Arts Alliance fundraising efforts as needed • Record minutes at all Student Arts Alliance meetings Vice President of Marketing • Establish and execute a marketing and branding strategy for Student Arts Alliance in order to increase awareness and attendance • Create and maintain an archive of the year containing Student Arts Alliance advertising and photos from the year Vice President of Outreach • Seek connections with academic departments to coordinate and promote educational experiences in conjunction with Student Arts Alliance events • Establish relationships with community partners and promote Student Arts Alliance activities to the Stillwater and surrounding ocmmunity Vice President of Production • Plan and execute all Student Arts Alliance programs that do not have an Event Director assigned to them • Work closely with venue and vendor contacts to ensure all event details are communicated in a timely manner • Compile a program evaluation within one week after each program Vice President of Social Media • Maintain a steady presence on all Student Arts Alliance social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) • Execute the marketing and branding strategy for Student Arts Alliance on social media in order to increase awareness and attendance These positions are for the 2023 Calendar Year (spring ‘23 and fall ‘23) and are eligible for a $300 scholarship each semester upon the completion of responsibilities.
