Laptop Checkout Agreement
CEAT-IT has a variety of devices and equipment available for checkout by request. Chief among them is our laptops.
Check out/in hours:
9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday
Because of the specificity of CEAT laptops the following policies apply:
• Only available to current CEAT students, faculty, and staff
• May only be checked out between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm Mon-Fri
• May be checked out for a total of three weeks per semester per person
• A signed Checkout Agreement is required
• OSU ID is required
• Must be returned to CEAT-IT services between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm Mon-Fri or late charges will be applied
• Cannot be checked out over University Holiday or breaks Late charges will accrue
All laptops come preloaded with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Solidworks. You may request that additional CEAT approved software be installed on the laptop.
Complete the following form and attach a copy of your OSU ID to request a laptop. Priority will be given to CEAT Students.
