To participate in the Spears School of Business Graduate Hooding Ceremony, you must register with this form. The final registration deadline is Monday, Nov. 17 at 5 p.m. This ceremony is for Spring, Summer and Fall 2025 graduates. Thank you!

How do you pronounce your name?
(Explain how you would like your name read aloud during the ceremony. We don't want to mess up your name, so explain how to pronounce it. Example: Sadia Tasnim would be pronounced Saw-dee-ah Taas-neem. Even if you think your name is easy to say, spell it the way it should sound when spoken.)

If you are completing a graduate certificate option with your degree, please provide the name of the Certificate Option. If you are completing more than one master's degree (like a dual degree), indicate the secondary one.
Doctoral Field of Study
Doctoral candidates, indicate the specific degree field (Finance, Exec, Accounting, Marketing, etc.). Banner only shows PhD as the degree, but not the field. Help us out!
MASTER’S CANDIDATES ONLY: Alternate OSU Faculty for hooding
Your Master's Program Coordinator will place your hood, but if an alternate OSU Faculty member has agreed to hood you, indicate the name and email address here. If you want Dean Jim Payne to hood you, list his name- he will be on stage and we'll arrange for him to do it. (This will be for your Primary degree program if you have more than one.)

Tell us a little about yourself! This is for the actual ceremony accompanied by a scripted slide show. Some questions are serious and some are fun. Answer as many as you want, we will include what we can. Keep it clean, please- this is a family event!
Want to give a shout-out of thanks to someone for their support and encouragement? Here's your chance! (Two sentences, maximum.) This answer will be specifically featured on your slide.

What is your favorite memory/highlight of your time at OSU or your graduate program?

Attach a photo of yourself for the slide presentation, and tell us about it in the next box! Find a fun pic of you when you were a KID (younger than 12). Action shots are always great! (Only one photo, please. No group photos. It should be in focus and not blurry.) Keep it clean - remember, this is a family event!
