CAS Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Nominate a candidate for the CAS Hall of Fame, a Distinguished Alumni or as a Rising Star.

Hall of Fame: The College of Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame was initiated in 2015 to honor individuals who have achieved exceptional success in their professional careers, displayed effective leadership, made exemplary contributions to their community, and shown great loyalty to Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University. Induction into the CAS Hall of Fame is the highest honor the College bestows upon alumni. Nominees for this prestigious award must have majored at Oklahoma State University in a College of Arts and Sciences undergraduate or graduate degree program. Nominees should have distinguished themselves by success in their chosen profession, and/or involvement in worthwhile civic, human betterment, and philanthropic activities.

Distinguished Alumni: The College of Arts and Sciences recognizes alumni who bring distinction to Oklahoma State University through extraordinary achievements in their fields of discipline and have demonstrated records of distinguished service. Individuals are chosen annually by representatives from each pillar of the College of Arts and Sciences to receive this prominent award. Nominees for this award must have majored at Oklahoma State University in a College of Arts and Sciences undergraduate or graduate degree program. Nominees should demonstrate a quest for excellence shown through their accomplishments, leadership potential, and service to the community.

Rising Star: The College of Arts and Sciences recognizes alumni who have graduated in the past 10 years and have already reached major milestones in their careers, have shown exemplary service to the community and/or have proven commitments to volunteerism. Nominees for this award must be under 40 years of age during the award year. They must be an Oklahoma State University graduate from a College of Arts and Sciences undergraduate or graduate degree program. Since graduation, nominees may have achieved significant professional accomplishments, demonstrated outstanding leadership or volunteer service to the community, or brought honor and advancement to the College of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University.
