OSU Department of Housing and Residential Life is proud to offer volunteer housing for the Special Olympics Oklahoma 2026 Summer Games.

OSU Department of Housing and Residential Life is proud to offer volunteer housing for the Special Olympics Oklahoma 2026 Summer Games. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sumbit this form as early as possible to secure a spot in volunteer housing. The cost is $24 per person per night. Conference Services will bill your organization/group. Payment are not be accepted at check-in. Check-in begins at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Early arrivals will need to find off-campus housing options. Check-out ends promptly at noon Friday, May 15, 2026. If there are damages, OSU will charge your organization/group. You will be charged $100 per key for any key not returned. Any attendee or guest who knowingly brings bed bugs to campus will be asked to leave and will be financially responsible for the treatment of the affected room/unit.
